Purchasing / Placing Orders
Shopping with us is straightforward. Browse our selections, click “ADD TO CART,” and fill in your shipping details at checkout. Submit your order and receive a confirmation email once processed. To save on shipping costs, pick up your order at our shop: Proscenium Podium 301, Sakura Tower, Proscenium at Rockwell, Makati City. Alternatively, send your orders (style, color, size) via our Online Inquiry Form.

Mode of Payment
We accept Online Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, and PayPal. For bank transfers, deposit to our Banco de Oro, BPI, GCash or Metro Bank accounts and email the deposit slip with your order details to pretaporterdebbieco@gmail.com. For debit and credit cards, use PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment is received. Unpaid orders are canceled after seven (7) days.
Shipping
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. To inquire about your order, email pretaporterdebbieco@gmail.com with "Order Inquiry" in the subject and include your order number.

Exchange, Returns, and Refund Policy
No refunds or returns for PayPal orders, only size exchanges. Returns allowed for size/style changes (not PayPal).
Change of Size
Email pretaporterdebbieco@gmail.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. Deposit the shipping fee to our bank account. After payment and item receipt, we'll ship the new size.
Change of Style
Email pretaporterdebbieco@gmail.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. Exchange for an item of equal or higher value (balance to be settled by the client). Deposit the difference and shipping fee to our bank account. After payment and item receipt, we'll ship the new style.
Pre-Order Policy
Due to limited quantities, no returns, exchanges, or refunds for pre-ordered pieces.
Alterations
Minor alterations (hem shortening, loosening/tightening sides) are at PHP 950. Ship the item back for alteration and deposit the fee. We'll ship the item back after payment. Major alterations depend on the type and cost (up to PHP 600). We'll inform you of the cost before proceeding. Design-changing alterations are not accommodated.
Garment Care
Each item requires special care:
- Gentle hand wash in COLD water with like colors
- Dry clean
- Do not wring
- Hang dry
- Light iron or steam
- Additional care instructions included in the package, if necessary.
